We're sorry to see you go! If you wish to delete your Caloriz account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)

1. 1Open the Caloriz app on your device
2. 2Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
3. 3Scroll down and tap on Account
4. 4Tap on Delete Account
5. 5Enter your password to confirm
6. 6Tap Confirm Delete

Method 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

1. Send an email to: support@bhoomitechzone.com
2. Subject: "Delete My Caloriz Account"
3. Include:
   • Your registered email address
   • Reason for deletion (optional)
4. We will process your request within 48 hours

What Happens After Deletion?

• Your account will be immediately deactivated
• You will no longer be able to log in
• All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days
• Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (e.g., transaction records)
• Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for service improvement

Changed Your Mind?

If you delete your account by mistake, you have a 7-day grace period to contact us at support@bhoomitechzone.com to recover your account. After 7 days, the deletion becomes irreversible.

Alternative: Take a Break

Not ready to delete? You can temporarily deactivate your account or log out instead. Your data will remain safe, and you can return anytime!
